Pantsyr-S1 of Russian Army in Luhansk on 8 Feb. Billboard has stupid ‘Fascists will not pass’ slogan
Somebody got some good video on a main street in Luhansk on 8 February of a Russian Army Pantsyr-S1 combination air defence vehicle. This is a beefed-up version of the 2S6 Tunguska, having four rapid-fire 30mm cannons and six SA-22 air defence missiles.

Once again, this was NOT something taken by local Billy-Bob separatists from the Ukrainians, because the Pantsyr has never been in the Ukrainian arsenal. It was developed n the late 90s and finally started to be fielded in the late 2000s in the Russian military. And this is in Luhansk, based on the adverts, and of course the catchy ‘Fascism will not pass’ billboards. Rah-Rah!
